FIG. 7 — Interactive walkthrough
Two parts, shown with sample docket data. First, the three steps a user does on an ordinary day — starting from a report AppColl already exports, no API required. Then the engine below turns those docket tasks into billable Clio entries, blocking duplicates and redacting patent IDs as it goes.
FIG. 7a — A day in the life
Day to day, a person only does two things: export the week's completed work from AppColl, and drop that file into the folder DocketBridge watches — or let AppColl deliver that report automatically. Connect once, hit run, and the workstation hands everything to the engine.
Completed this week · 3 billable tasks ready to export
Save (or drag) the export into your DocketBridge Inbox on the desktop — or have AppColl email or SFTP that report straight into this folder on a schedule. Either way, the watcher takes it from here.
Every task the workstation pulled now flows through the idempotency gate into Clio — duplicates blocked, patent IDs redacted, all of it logged. Watch it happen live in Mission Control.
